Standard hotel rooms all face the pool and are air conditioned with private bath, phone, cable TV, one double bed and one single bed.
Deluxe hotel rooms are all oceanfront and are air conditioned
with private bath, phone, satellite TV, mini-refrigerator and
either two double beds or one queen bed with a queen size sofabed.
Please note: not included in the above is a total of 21% taxes (6% government levy and 15% gratuity)

Daily Meal Rates
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served in our restaurant overlooking
the sea. Eat inside in air conditioned comfort or dine alfresco
on our veranda at the water's edge.
Breakfast is a choice of eggs (any style), pancakes or french toast, grits, ham, sausage, bacon, cereal, bagel and fresh fruits, when available. Breakfast includes coffee or tea, choice of fresh fruits or juice and choice of entree. Lunch includes conch chowder, homemade Bahamian bread, entree (choice of 2 - sandwich platter or hot meal), dessert and coffee, tea or juice. Dinner includes: a glass of wine, soup, salad, homemade Bahamian bread, entree (choice of 2), dessert and coffee or tea.

Getting There...
Bahamasair, the national airline of the Bahamas, flies to San Salvador Island via Nassau daily out of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
Excess baggage will be charged at $3 per pound and transported on a "Space Available" basis. There is always the chance that there won't be space available.

Deposits
Individual reservations require a $150 deposit per person payable within 10 days from date of booking. Payment in full is due to the Ft Lauderdale office 30 days prior to arrival date on the Island. When final payment is made less than 30 days to arrival - payment will be required in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to trip date require payment in full within 5 days in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
Payments can be made by check or credit card as per booking agent.

Cancellations
90 days or more prior to Island arrival will be refunded in full. Between 60-90 days prior will result in a cancellation fee of 25%. Between 44-60 days prior will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. 45 days or less prior to trip date are NONREFUNDABLE.
